William Paulsberg serves as a Director of the Arctic Slope Community Foundation Board. William is the son of Patricia and George Paulsberg of Barrow. In 1973 his Grandparents Steve and Terza Hopson along with 26 other families from Barrow moved to the Colville River to resettle the village of Nuiqsut.
Mr. Paulsberg serves at the Director of Operations for ASRC Federal Holding Company, he has a dual role of Business Programmatic and Village and Community Economic Development. He actively partners with village organizations to identify issues, problems, needs, opportunities and solutions. He is dedicated to working with villages to improve both cultural and economic sustainability.
Mr. Paulsberg brings over 20 years of operations and management experience earned while working in various, recently he was a Program Management on federal contracts at US DOT National Highway and Traffic Administration (NHTSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Washington DC.
This year William, his wife Tanya and their daughter Paniuraq relocated from the Washington DC area to Anchorage.
